- Tour Times: 9:45 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM (seasonal), 6:00 PM (seasonal)
- Duration: Approximately 1 hour 45 minutes of water time
- Age Requirement: All riders must be at least 5 years old
- Transportation: Optional transportation available from the French Quarter and Central Business District out to the swamp and back ($25 per person)

- Tours run rain or shine, with cancellations in extreme weather at the discretion of the captain, tour operator, or Coast Guard
- Drive-Out Location: We work with several swamp docks, all located about 25-40 minutes south of New Orleans. Which location we send you to depends on the options you choose as well as availability at the time we receive your reservation. Address details will be provided after confirmation
- Deposits: A partial payment (approximately $25-$30 per ticket) is collected upon confirmation. The balance is due at the time of your tour
